Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings while collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals. Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform to ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards. This role offers a starting salary of $80,000+ with performance bonuses, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling in a hybrid setting at our Jacksonville locations. We provide comprehensive support to children with developmental challenges through evidence-based ABA therapy delivered in inclusive environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services
- Medicaid and Tricare credentialing
