Job Summary
Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists to implement treatment plans while conducting client assessments and preparing reports. Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, then analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach. Perform quarterly competency assessments for the team to ensure high-quality service delivery. This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek with only 25 billable hours required, featuring customizable schedules and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.
