Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In-Clinic EIBI

Conduct client assessments to develop individualized service plans and clinically manage skill acquisition, generalization, maintenance, and problem behaviors through electronic records. Provide clinical supervision and training to staff and assistant behavior analysts, while delivering regular parent training and maintaining open family communication. Lead staff meetings, coordinate with external service providers for consistency, and oversee intake and discharge planning to secure insurance authorizations. Ensure all team members meet the 21-hour weekly billable expectation and complete required documentation within designated time frames. Maintain professional standards and stay current with evidence-based practices through continuing education. This role requires a Master's degree, BACB certification, and one year of supervision experience, with a full caseload of approximately 200 scheduled hours for EIBI clinicians.
