Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in case management, selection, orientation, and clinical supervision of program staff, while guiding individuals in accessing services, monitoring service delivery, and evaluating outcomes. Responsibilities include assessment, program design, facilitating individualized client services, acting as a clinical leader, providing direct supervision to staff, and developing a crisis plan. This independent contractor role requires a Master's Degree in a related field, an active BCBA certification, and demonstrated experience with children with ASD.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA Criminal Clearance
- PA Department of Human Services FBI Clearance
- TB Screening (current within 3 months)
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- BCBA certification
- PA Behavior Specialist License
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
- Supervisory experience
