Job Summary
Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children with behavioral and mental health disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Provide assistance in developing adaptive skills for school, home, and community settings, while delivering prescribed behavioral consultation to families and training Behavior Health Technicians on therapeutic interventions. Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for clients authorized at 2-3 hours per week based on medical necessity. This independent contract position (1099) offers flexible scheduling during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on program needs, with a sign-on bonus for those committing to 25 billable hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
- Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
- Clearances current within 12 months
- PA Behavior Specialist License (active)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
- TB screening - current within 3 months
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Active BSL
