Job Summary

Conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide parent training and caregiver coaching primarily via telehealth. Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home and community settings through a mix of virtual check-ins and scheduled in-person visits. Monitor client progress, adjust programming, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members. Travel into the Northwest Indiana community for required site visits and ensure clinical quality across the hybrid service delivery model. Full-time role with a starting salary of $100,000/year plus performance bonuses. Bilingual Spanish-speaking BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Indiana LBA licensure
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Immediate eligibility for Indiana licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to reside in or reliably commute to Northwest Indiana for scheduled in-person community/in-home visits
  • Comfortable working within a telehealth-based supervision and service model
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, in person and virtually
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with pediatric ABA
  • Spanish-speaking BCBAs
