Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions; monitor client progress and update treatment plans; collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members; supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation; provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home; maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards; stay current with best practices in behavior analysis; flexible schedule with part-time and full-time opportunities; hourly pay range $75-$90 based on experience; after 25 hours/week for 4 months, salary consideration may apply; locations include Edison, NJ with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills
- Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
