Job Summary
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for hybrid role at Strides ABA. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions; monitor client progress and update treatment plans; collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team; supervise RBTs weekly with training on ABA goal implementation; provide training and support to families on home ABA strategies; maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance; stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills
- Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Supervision requirements: Weekly in person supervision for clients up to 30 min travel from BCBA; for 30-50 min distance twice a month in person and twice a month remote; 50+ min travel remote
- Pay Rate: Hourly rate $75-$90 (based on experience) with potential salary consideration after 25 hours/week for 4 months
