Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices. Analyze client data to make timely clinical decisions, provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians, and train caregivers to support skill generalization. Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders as appropriate while completing documentation that meets BACB, insurance, and company standards. Uphold ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring staff and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
