Job Summary
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional and skills assessments, and create behavior intervention plans with data-driven treatment goals. Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, monitor client progress, and review clinical data to ensure goals are met. Deliver parent and caregiver training, collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training while ensuring services align with BACB standards. This role offers hybrid telehealth scheduling options and includes administrative task exemptions. Blossom ABA provides tuition grants, a sign-on bonus, and a referral bonus program for BCBA recertification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- VA LBA
- Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
