Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid-In-Clinic

Hybrid full-time BCBA role in Charlotte, NC: conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals, train/mentor/supervise RBTs ABATs and Behavior Technicians, collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes, collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions, participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development. Requires Active BCBA Certification and NC LBA license; experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
