Job Summary
Part-time BCBA to mentor and supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows; lead mentorship and supervision activities, contribute to program development and quality initiatives, and participate in leadership pathways. Role includes supervising up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and collaborating with clinical leadership on complex cases; worked within a caseload structure (max ~10 clients, ~28 billable hours/week) in a clinic environment serving children aged 2–18 (early intervention focus). Compensation includes a base salary in the $85k–$95k range, relocation assistance, full benefits, CEU stipend, and clear promotional pathways.
