Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) sought to conduct initial and functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), supervise and train RBTs and staff, collaborate with families and other providers, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Responsibilities include staying current with ABA research and best practices, providing ongoing guidance to families, and supporting a high-quality ABA program. Compensation includes a mix of billable and non-billable hours, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits; full-time, hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
- BCBA License through the BACB
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
