Job Summary
Conduct assessments including FBAs and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism. Train and supervise behavior technicians across applicable settings while directly working with clients when applicable. Educate parents on behavior analytic techniques and coordinate care with other service providers. Create and maintain effective data collection methods, track and analyze data, and modify programs accordingly. Attend team meetings and trainings. Maintain BCBA certification and licensure, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, BACB, and insurance funders. Fluent Spanish required. 25% travel and 75% remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Current (and maintain) BCBA certification (and licensure when required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field (e.g., education, social work, or psychology)
- Minimum one (1) year as a BCBA, or similar supervisory role
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Compliant with HIPAA, BACB, and insurance funders
- Fluent Spanish speaking
- 25% (Required)

- LBA Certification (Required)
