Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed to provide individualized pediatric ABA services across clinic and home settings in the Bay Area (Brentwood, Fremont, Gilroy, San Jose). Responsibilities include managing a full caseload with a 120-hour/month billable target, developing individualized programs, direct supervision of BTs/RBTs (≥20% of weekly hours), conducting parent/caregiver meetings, collaborating with SLPs and OTs, participating in BCBA team meetings, EMR-based case documentation, and ensuring seamless scheduling, billing, and client intake. Competitive base salary starting at $90,000+/year with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, performance bonuses up to $12,000/year, CEU stipend, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with stock options, and relocation assistance. Requires Master's degree and BCBA certification; bilingual Spanish a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Schedule Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM with 5:30–6 PM availability at least 3 days/week; emphasis on collaborative, ethical, child-focused interventions and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Comfortable working with children across clinic and home settings
- Experience in pediatric clinic settings preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
