Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Home Based

Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide family consultations and trainings. Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Complete all required documentation including data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans. This role offers flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with hybrid in-person and telehealth options available. Full-time positions require a minimum of 26 billable hours weekly, while fee-for-service roles are available. Candidates must hold a Master's or PhD, current BCBA certification, and at least two years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
- Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Desired Qualifications
- Current LABA preferred
- Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
