Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide family consultations and trainings. Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Complete all required documentation including data collection, graphing, analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans. This full-time or fee-for-service role offers flexible scheduling with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available, including hybrid telehealth options. Northeast Family Services, an ACE provider, supports professional growth through monthly journal clubs, ethics workshops, and CEU events at no cost to staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
- Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Desired Qualifications
- Current LABA preferred
- Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
