Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. Manage up to 10 clients with a 40-hour work week and 28 billable hours; work with children ages 2–18 (most under 6). Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices while maintaining ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
