Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lead BCBA role focused on mentoring BCBAs, supervising RBTs, and shaping clinical quality across the clinic. You will mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows; influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards; contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives; and build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership. The role supports a stepping-stone into senior clinical leadership with potential paths to Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Organizational Clinical Leadership. Work with children ages 2–18 (majority early intervention); supervise up to 5 RBTs; conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress; collaborate with clinical leadership on complex cases; participate in mentorship and leadership activities. Requirements include Active BCBA certification and state licensure; ~2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years preferred); strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership.
