Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, managing up to 10 clients across 28 billable hours per week. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress while supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs. Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases, uphold best practices, and maintain ethical documentation. Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6, in fully equipped clinics featuring sensory and gross motor rooms. Earn up to $20,000 in annual bonuses and receive a $500 CEU stipend. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
- Must complete a comprehensive background check
- Must complete E-Verify
