Job Summary

Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings under direct supervision from the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while training paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Work with a treatment team to support infants through teenagers in developing essential communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. Full-time or part-time opportunities available with a flexible schedule and hybrid options in New Jersey.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
  • Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
