Job Summary
Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings under direct supervision. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while training paraprofessionals on implementing behavior plans. Work with the Clinical Director to support infants through teenagers in developing essential communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible scheduling, including optional weekends, in North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
- Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
