Job Summary

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes. Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments and partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines and model treatment plan implementation to support skill generalization. Join a clinician-first outpatient pediatric setting focused on improving communication, social skills, and functional independence.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services
