Job Summary
Supervise RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and write individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans while running your own assessments and intakes. Mentor newer BCBAs and partner with families to collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on co-treatment cases. Utilize standardized assessments like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP to build FBAs and BIPs, implementing skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains. Integrate parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan, leveraging the Gracent Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools such as STEP Scores and Report Cards. Work a full-time schedule in Elmhurst, IL, with a caseload of 6–8 clients and 16–20% built-in supervision time.
Required Qualifications
