Job Summary
Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality while writing, monitoring, and running independent assessments for neuro-affirming, assent-based treatment plans. Collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to co-treat cases, ensuring interdisciplinary alignment across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains. Mentor newer BCBAs and train parents as core components of every individualized plan, utilizing standardized assessments like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP alongside our peer-reviewed Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools. Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients with 16–20% built-in supervision time, supported by a defined advancement path and access to free in-house CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Licensed in IL
- In good standing
- Strong clinical judgment
- Clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
