Job Summary
Supervise RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and write individualized, neuro-affirming treatment plans for 6–8 clients with 16–20% supervision time built into your week. Run your own assessments and intakes using standardized tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, then co-treat live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases. Mentor newer BCBAs and train parents on core components of every plan while leveraging our peer-reviewed Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools to drive data-backed decisions. Full-time schedule in Lincolnwood, IL, with a base pay of $82K–$110K plus a $50/hour bonus for hours above 29/week.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Licensed in IL
- In good standing
- Strong clinical judgment
- Clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
