Job Summary
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorders while conducting assessments to identify behavioral challenges. Provide training to parents and staff on behavior management techniques and collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach. This part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst role requires a Master's degree, BACB certification, and experience working with autism.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
