Job Summary
As a BCBA at Golden Moon ABA, provide direct therapy to children with autism (one-on-one and group sessions), develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments and data collection to inform decisions, collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent plan implementation, participate in team meetings, and maintain accurate progress records. The role emphasizes applying ABA principles, staying current with industry practices, and delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. The position is part-time with a pay rate of $90-$120 bi-weekly, located in Frederick, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Earned Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education)
- No experience as a BCBA required
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
