Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental differences. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs. Review client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming, collaborating with families, school teams, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care. Lead parent training sessions and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives while supporting the Center Director on clinical matters.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (where required) or eligibility to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in a center-based setting
