Job Summary
Travel to clients' homes across Northern Virginia and the DMV to provide on-site supervision and oversight of ABA programs; develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans; conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress; supervise, train, and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy; train and support families in implementing treatment strategies; partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive client success; maintain BACB ethical and regulatory standards; full-time role with a manageable caseload (25–30 billable hours per week) and local travel; requires BCBA certification, Virginia LBA licensure, Master's degree in ABA or related field, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications

- Virginia LBA license required
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
