Job Summary
Oversee in-home ABA programs across Northern Virginia and the DMV area, conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, and training families to implement treatment strategies. Travel to clients' homes for on-site supervision and program oversight, with a small amount of remote planning/documentation. Maintain BACB ethical and regulatory standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive client success. Requires active BCBA certification, Virginia LBA license, a master's degree in ABA or a related field, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally; full-time role with a caseload of 25–30 billable hours per week.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (this role involves regular local travel)
- Experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
