Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while providing clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services. Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, monitor client progress, and make data-driven programming adjustments. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery and maintain timely clinical documentation. This full-time, salaried role offers a base salary of $85,000–$105,000 with monthly bonus potential and requires a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and two years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible for Maryland licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a growing and evolving environment
- Reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs
