Job Summary
Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for the Artemis ABA software platform, evaluating functionality to identify gaps and communicate enhancement insights to leadership. Review and validate customer requirements to help prioritize them on the product roadmap, while collaborating with development to translate and prioritize feature requests. Present and promote products to prospective and existing clients, supporting implementation teams during onboarding and ongoing engagement. Represent the company through speaking opportunities and authored content, advocating for product capabilities internally and externally. Contribute to business case development for new features and innovation initiatives based on client and sales interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification

- Experience working with ABA software or practice management platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, fast-paced team
