Job Summary

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans while implementing naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments. Partner with families as true collaborators to coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies. Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions for social skills and parent training within our collaborative community hub. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings with manageable caseloads and flexible scheduling. Join a neurodiversity-affirming practice dedicated to early childhood development and ethical, child-led approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Michigan state licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Early childhood development expertise
