Job Summary

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans for children across home, school, and community settings. Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments while partnering with families as true collaborators. Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies and facilitate skills-based group sessions including social groups and parent training. Participate in team collaboration through shared workspace meetings to contribute to group-based programming. Manage caseloads with an emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available. Join a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice that prioritizes child-led approaches and offers continuous mentorship and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Michigan state licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
  • Early childhood development expertise
  • Must be available some evening hours
