Job Summary

Provide in-home, in-community, and in-center ABA services as a BCBA, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on the client’s BSPs (environmental arrangement, proactive behavioral strategies, and acquisition of functional skills); supervise and coach RBTs/Behavioral Assistants; deliver caregiver training and support; ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention; maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards; participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
  • Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
  • Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
