Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism in Somerset County, NJ, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on BSPs, including environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, and acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs); provide direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavioral Assistants; deliver caregiver training and support; ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention; maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards; participate in ongoing training and professional development; services provided in-home, in-community, and in-center; strong emphasis on compassionate, patient, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
