Job Summary
Provide in-home, in-community, and in-center ABA services as a BCBA in Monmouth County. Oversee direct care staff and implement individualized behavioral interventions; conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on client BSPs including environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, and acquisition of functional skills (ADLs); deliver caregiver training, supervise and coach RBTs/Behavioral Assistants, ensure timely progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention/intervention; participate in ongoing training and professional development; collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful skill development; role is in-person with caseloads up to 35–40 hours per week; benefits include competitive hourly rate, health coverage, PTO, disability coverage, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants welcome
