Job Summary
Part-time BCBA provides in-home and community ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism in North Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, implementing BSP-based interventions, supervising RBTs/coaching staff, caregiver training, data collection, progress notes, and ensuring compliance. Requires BCBA certification, NJ license or eligibility, Master’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Valid NJ Driver’s License (and auto insurance) required; Spanish bilingual candidates are welcome. This role offers caseloads up to 35–40 hours per week in an in-person setting across home, community, and center-based services.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
