Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on BSPs including environmental arrangement and proactive strategies; support acquisition of functional skills and reduction of maladaptive behaviors; supervise RBTs/Behavioral Assistants; deliver caregiver training; ensure data collection, progress notes, and reports; monitor timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention/intervention; maintain adherence to policies/ethics; participate in ongoing training; services provided in-home, in-community, and in-center.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
