Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services as a part-time BCBA to male clients with moderate to severe autism in Jersey City, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and implementing BSPs, creating and adjusting interventions, overseeing direct care staff (RBTs/Behavioral Assistants), delivering caregiver training, and ensuring timely data collection, progress notes, and reports. Maintain adherence to policies and ethical standards; participate in ongoing training. Services occur in-home, in-community, and in-center settings with a caseload up to 35–40 hours per week. Competitive hourly rate of $70.00–$85.00.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License or eligible
- Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/education
- Minimum 2 years with autism
- In-home/community-based ABA experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
