Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services as a Part-Time BCBA in Essex County, supervising direct care staff and RBTs, conducting FBAs, developing and implementing BSPs and treatment plans, delivering caregiver training, and ensuring data collection, progress notes, and compliance within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
