Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design ABA programming and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress to make clinical modifications as needed. Provide parent training and caregiver support, maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers. This full-time role in Fayetteville, NC requires reasonable flexibility in work hours, with occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays based on operational needs. The position supports a team focused on removing barriers to allow clinicians to focus on client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Prior ABA clinical experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays
- Reasonable flexibility in work hours
