Job Summary
BCBA responsible for developing ABA Intervention Plans for children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills; conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments including functional analyses; provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians; provide monthly Parent Trainings; maintain client confidentiality; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work/therapy environment; ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly; create a fun, engaging environment for clients; positions available at Auburn, MI center and/home-based settings; full-time schedule Monday-Friday (no weekends); benefits include 401K match, health insurance, sign-on and retention bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in ABA
- BACB Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
