Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) sought for elementary-level role in Swampscott Public Schools. Provide behavioral support and assessment, conduct FBAs, design Behavior Intervention Plans, manage data collection and analysis, ensure IEP goals are addressed with fidelity, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include coaching staff and families in implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliant reporting and crisis intervention frameworks to support emotional, social, and academic student outcomes. Requires active BCBA certification, Master’s degree, minimum 3 years of BCBA experience in a public school, and successful completion of CORI/background checks. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification with valid license (BACB)
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of BCBA experience in a public school setting
- Massachusetts CORI and fingerprint-based national criminal background check clearance
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for work with children, families, and staff
