Job Summary
Provide high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families with autism and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACBA)

- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions
