Job Summary
Conduct and oversee comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths and areas of need. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical team members while ensuring services comply with insurance requirements and documentation standards. Educate families on client goals and progress, collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary providers for continuity of care, and review clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness. Maintain current knowledge of ABA research and ethical standards while completing billing requirements accurately. Travel locally as needed to support clients in home, school, and community settings across North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst credential
- Eligibility to provide supervision in accordance with BACB requirements
- At least two years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to effectively supervise and mentor clinical staff while promoting positive client outcomes
