Job Summary

Deliver in-clinic and home-based behavior analysis services for neurodevelopmental disorders, managing individualized caseloads with a 70-80% clinic and 20-30% telehealth split. Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans grounded in an assent-based, Whole-Child Model while collaborating with physicians and transdisciplinary therapists. Receive clinical supervision, case consultation, and administrative support from care coordinators and BT managers. Advance through the clinical ladder from BCBA I to IV and access internal CEUs, virtual trainings, and company-wide meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human services or a related field
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
  • 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic
  • 20-30% in-home/via telehealth
  • approximately 30–45 minute commute
  • primarily daytime hours
  • 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM
  • other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM
  • post-offer background check
  • motor vehicle report review
  • E-Verify participation
