Job Summary

Conduct daily ABA direct service and case management within a unified team of doctors and therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Provide clinical supervision for case consultation and collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties. Manage scheduling and day-to-day logistics as a care coordinator while supporting performance and operational goals through BT manager and trainer functions. Complete 100 to 115 billable hours monthly with productivity bonuses tied to direct service hours. Work in a hybrid model with flexibility for supervision and participate in internal CEUs, clinical rounds, and company-wide meetings. Progress through the clinical ladder from BCBA I–IV toward leadership, training, and consultative roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human services or a related field
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification

Desired Qualifications

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
