Job Summary
CRCC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their ABA program, focusing on center-based services primarily at the SW Center. The role involves conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Certified as a BCBA
- Able to lift up to fifty pounds
- Able to meet conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with relevant registries
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Completion of 8-hour supervision training based on the Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0)
- Maintains continuing education requirements for BCBA credential
- Willing to increase knowledge in fields of endeavor
Additional Requirements
- Must pass criminal history check and fingerprinting
- Must meet health status conditions
